Rachel Leon was born in Havana, Cuba. Her passion for immigration law began at age 9 when she arrived in the United States with her mother through the Texas border. She spent two weeks in a foster home while her mother was detained but has now turned that experience into an opportunity to serve others who are going through similar experiences.

Ms. Leon graduated with honors from Miami Dade College and was honored as the student of the year in the social sciences department. Afterward, she pursued an additional degree in criminal justice with a minor in law studies. Ms. Leon earned her law degree from St. Thomas University and obtained an additional certification in tax law. After working for a private immigration firm after graduation, Ms. Leon decided to leave to pursue establishing her own firm in order to provide clients with a one-on-one experience. Currently, Ms. Leon is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
